<h2><b>What happens when your creations don&#8217;t come to fruition in the Spring? </b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Although Spring is the time of creation, newness, birthing and rebirth. As we cross that bridge into Summer, I wanted to pause to honour what has not come to pass.</span></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><b><i>Because sometimes</i></b><b>… Our creations are unable to make it to full bloom.</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Sometimes although we desire this fruition, for whatever reason now is NOT the time.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is the harsh and often painful side of the Spring momentum; when the creative energy goes ary. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Whether it&#8217;s a miscarriage, a business failure or a plan that purely fell apart. It&#8217;s important to recognise that alongside the bloom of Spring, there can be loss. </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">And when the unthinkable happens</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">&#8230;. how do we hold ourselves through it?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<h2><b>We must mourn our losses big and small.</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We live in a world that disregards loss, forgets the majesty of hope and the travesty of unfilled dreams. In our western world&#8230; </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">Grief is held in low regard.</span></i></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">wanted</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> baby. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">desired</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> dream.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">passionate</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> plan.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gone wayward for whatever reason. It leaves a gap. A pain. A wish unfulfilled. And this grief needs to find expression.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">With the clients that have come to me in the past few months </span><b><i>within their personal loss also existed a need for validation.</i></b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><b>Validation</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> that this happened.</span></p>
<p><b>Validation</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> it was real. </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">And…</span></i></p>
<p><b>Validation</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> that their pain exists and support is needed.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As an embodiment coach and healer, my role is to be a compassionate witness but also a support; to guide the women I work with back to their bodies and the </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">powerful</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> wisdom that resides there. </span></p>

<p><b>It asks for </b><b><i>presence</i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, not pushing.</span></p>
<p><b>It asks for a space to </b><b><i>feel</i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> and recognise what did not come to pass.</span></p>
<p><b>It asks for validation and </b><b><i>honouring</i></b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> as you slowly return to yourself.</span></p>

<h2><b>What happens when your creations don&#8217;t come to fruition in the Spring? </b></h2>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Although Spring is the time of creation, newness, birthing and rebirth. As we cross that bridge into Summer, I wanted to pause to honour what has not come to pass.</span></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><b><i>Because sometimes</i></b><b>… Our creations are unable to make it to full bloom.</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Sometimes although we desire this fruition, for whatever reason now is NOT the time.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is the harsh and often painful side of the Spring momentum; when the creative energy goes ary. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Whether it&#8217;s a miscarriage, a business failure or a plan that purely fell apart. <h2><b>We must mourn our losses big and small.</b></h2>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We live in a world that disregards loss, forgets the majesty of hope and the travesty of unfilled dreams. In our western world&#8230; </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">Grief is held in low regard.</span></i></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">wanted</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> baby. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">desired</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> dream.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">passionate</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> plan.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gone wayward for whatever reason. It leaves a gap. A pain. A wish unfulfilled. And this grief needs to find expression.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">With the clients that have come to me in the past few months </span><b><i>within their personal loss also existed a need for validation.</i></b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>
<p><b>Validation</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> that this happened.</span></p>
<p><b>Validation</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> it was real. </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">And…</span></i></p>
<p><b>Validation</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> that their pain exists and support is needed.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In the Five Element framework of Chinese Medicine, Spring is ruled by the </span><b>Wood Element</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, governed by the </span><b>Liver</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> and </span><b>Gallbladder</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When the energy of Wood becomes congested—often due to Winters heavier foods and slower pace—we can experience imbalances such as </span><b>“Liver Excess”</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> or </span><b>“Excess Wood.”</b></p>

<h3><b>Common Symptoms of Excess Wood:</b></h3>

It stimulates the </span><b>ventral vagus nerve</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, supporting emotional release, clarity, and calm.</span></p>
