…Of transition, of grief, of challenge or even certain times in our cyclical month as women, we can find ourselves navigating periods of self doubt, confusion, sadness, anger, overwhelm and procrastination.

And at these times, it seems the voice of our inner critic screams the loudest.

We can feel stuck or lost or even listless. We yearn for that sense of deep clarity and clear direction.

This yearning is our call to come out of your head and down into the wisdom of our feminine, feeling body. And…

Feminine Embodiment Coaching is about “depth first & then direction” and in DEEP CLARITY, that is exactly what we do, we come out of the head and we drop down into the depths of your incredibly wise, rooted, feeling, feminine body. Using the pillars of embodiment (breath, awareness, movement & sound) we work to liberate the layers that have been keeping you stuck, unlocking your deepest truth and the clarity and direction you have been seeking.

The truth is your body is incredibly powerful and wise. It knows your truth and holds the answers and clarity you seek. Yet sometimes we can find ourselves so up in our heads it can feel impossible to hear the wisdom that our body’s want to impart. We need to get out of our heads and into our bodies, liberating these sticky layers to access the wisdom and clear direction that lies beneath. This is what we do in DEEP CLARITY.
